Fully Tracked Service

With ParcelHub you can track your parcel online all the way back to the retailer. We’ll confirm by text (and email) that your parcel is on the way and you’ll be able to track your parcel in real time by clicking on the tracking number in the recent activity table in your account. What are the benefits of registering for an account?
Signing up with ParcelHub gives you access to

Are there any charges when I sign up?
It is completely free to register with ParcelHub, standard charges for ParcelHub services apply after that.

How do I correctly package my item(s)?
To make sure your parcel arrives safe and sound, follow our tips on preparing your parcel for postage.
If you are returning an item, it should be packed carefully, in suitable packaging. If you use the original packaging, make sure you remove or cover the original delivery labels.
If it isn’t possible to use the original packaging, please pack to equivalent standards to ensure the safe transit of your goods.

Make sure you stick the ParcelHub return form which you have printed off, onto the package.

If I’m returning a few orders to one retailer, should I pack them separately?
These items can be packed and returned together as long as the overall package does not exceed our maximum size and weight dimensions.

Do you collect returns at the weekend?
You can arrange to have items that you want to return collected from Monday to Friday, excluding public and bank holidays and An Post non-service days.

How long does it take for my item(s) to arrive with the retailer?
Your item(s) will arrive with retailers in the Republic of Ireland the next working day following collection. Where your item is being returned to a UK retailer, delivery times may vary.

What if the retailer I need to return an item to is not on the retailer list?
The retailer does not need to be listed to enable you to return an item to them. You can use our online parcel label service to buy a label with the name and address of your particular retailer.

How will Brexit affect my returns?
At present, there are no changes to deliveries to and from the UK and all mail and parcels are being delivered as normal. If there are any updates, we will advise you of what you need to do.
